After that day, Miley felt like killing herself but she knew she couldn't. She was going to have their baby. The baby that they created, together. Joe's last wish was for the child to be named after her or Louis adam and Miley had to fulfill that wish.
Miley put her hand on her stomach as she said "baby you're my only exception" she closed her eyes tightly as tears ran down her cheek as she kept on repeating those words "you are my only exception" over and over. Their baby was the only reason she was going to stay alive.
The only reason she would ever have a purpose in this world. And until this day Miley knew deep down in her soul, love lasted. Even if Joe wasn't there, their love was always going to be there. It will forever remain in her heart.
Even without Joe she had to find other ways to make it on her own. She always had a smile on her face and up until now Miley swore to herself that she was on her way to not believing in love, and that she needed to be with Joe to feel that love, but she knew it wasn't.
Miley was going to live happily, she wasn't going to forget about love, she will never kill herself. Their baby, their baby was her only exception. He/she was her only exception, to live, to go on in life, to remind her that she was once in love.
