Sciatic Nerve Block, Posterior Classic Approach.坐骨神經阻斷

55y/o male, r't tibia fx s/p ORIF, for removal of implants (interlocking nail). He received femoral nerve block and sciatic nerve block for operation.

PSIS(post. sup. iliac spine) 與 greater trochanter 連線的中點，向尾側 4.5cm 處下針。

21# 9cm spinal needle.

Hamstrin contraction and dorsiflexion were noted.

2% Lidocaine 15ml & 0.5% Marcaine 5ml were slowly injected.

The local anaesthetic dosage then would be too much? THis is just for the sciatic nerve block. Need to add the part for femoral nerve, then would be overdose?
