  • i study with chen peishan, chen zhenglei and dr yang jwing ming and interpretation of taiji is not so bad as long as it is in harmony with 18 postures and relation with ying and yang, to discredit mr ma hong is to say chen zhaokui and his father chen fa ke chen style is not real kung fu, you say you study with many teachers but you never study well i think. please study your chi well before talking about another person's skill.

  • Dear Richnwood: If you read the books by Ma Hong - which are classical in their own right - you will discover that Ma's performance belongs to original, orthodox and classical Taiji. Imagine the pioneers in developing this form of martial art -- did they suddenly invent a whole set of slow motion moves for use in combat? Slow motion is a product of latter development. As to Ma's performance, the skills behind every single move are absolutely sophisticated, if not stunning!

  • I did push hands with one of his indoor students......and I've never experenced anything like it. I've boxed, do Xing Yi and have lifted weights for years and am fairly strong. The gentleman took it very easy on me and just demonstrated but could have thrown me 10 feet and hurt me badly if he had wanted it. Simply amazing and you can't really appreciate it till you experence it.

  • @shopperman2007 @musicpv32 Is this where they slaughter dolphins ?

  • Perfect

  • 很強.....這是陳照奎老師父 晚年的拳架

  • 太好了 练 的 太 好 希望 一 天 我也 能 打 一样

  • Classical and complex. It seems that his body can be compared to a drawn bow that is always ready to be released.

  • Why make it so stressful for everyone? We should be more relax when doing taiji, right? If not your whole body looks like a piece of wood.*fung song" is the word in Chinese.

  • As my teacher Zhang Dong Hai told me, there are many ways to do this, indeed variations exist, so if you see some change in hand position or some slight move difference it likely has root from Chen Fa Ke, Chen ZaoKui, Ma Hong. FaKe showed differnt styles to different pupils so there is no break in continuity. This form of Chen, in my mind is the most martial and has Fajing like I like it. So for me it fits and has the greatest application expending power with the least effort. This stuff hurts!

  • I have been on the receivening end of one of MaHong's Student's (my teacher) ChinNa and Tui Shuo techniques.

If you where, you'd understand power, rooting, and effortless efficency in taking an Iron Pumping 250 lb dude like me who has a TaiKwanDo background and Some ChenShiTaiJiChuan (still practicing) and moving me to the ground, or paining me, gentle internal organ pressure, wrist, arm shoulder near dislocation. when you see the moves here keep mind every one of them has multiple applications.

  • Falun Gong is good!
