I think the OC is way better than Gossip Girl. I do like both, but I feel like the OC had better characters and storylines. The only characters I really care about in GG are Chuck and Blair. Ed and Leighton are fantastic actors, and I love Chuck/Blair as a couple. But besides that I don't care much for it.

of course you can compare the characters. i mean you have to. josh schwartz tend to use the same types and you can see that extremely clear in these two shows
