Icy Winter Look/Taylor Swift-ish

Easy makeup...I used drug store brand eyeshadow, a Sephora pencil, Maybelline mascara, and a light Kat von D eyeshadow as a highlighter. Do your makeup like Taylor wears in her videos and on the red carpet. I used the tools that the makeup came with, so no extra brushes required.
