Charlie should be in both the Country Music Hall of Fame AND the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He's one of the few who is deserving of that honor.

I have been crazy about this song since I first heard it 25 years ago. I love all sorts of music (rap, opera, punk, Sinatra, etc), but I'm a Southern rock fan. This song is SOOO good. It's jazzy, rocky, country and spiritual.

@chittlinsandscotch I LOVE those days! I haven't heard of "4 fingers worth" in decades. LOL I'm old! Check out the Winters Brothers video on my channel as well. They toured with The CDB when It's My Life came out! I saw them together and what a show! They played what is in the video in that show. I'm glad you all like this great tune! Ahhhhh....MC.
