The law is racist because of how it will be abused. I mean its just asking for this type of sh*t to happen. Only brown people will be targeted, regarldess of anything else. Skin color will be the first thing to get noticed. Sound familiar?

People are racist. We all know that.
It matters not what race I am to understand the issue. The law is there to get rid of illegals to reduce the crime and so the legals can have the jobs, just like the same kinda law in every other country and people of all races on the planet. The law is not a 'guideline', it is specific. Either you are legal or illegal. It's an easy question to ask, and answer with a simple yes or no.

You should stop reading the law and read in between the lines. Read the fine print. Racism will be used. And who's going to argue with the law? Maybe if you put yourselves in the shoes of a non white race and lived in the US during the time when they banned the Chinese from coming here or during the 60s, etc ,etc then you would see that just because racism is illegal doesn't mean it's not going to happen. The law is more a guideline for helping to purify Arizona of jews, aka latinos

@DrDooM24PBK If you read the LAW you will find it is not racist.
14 years of trying to prove racism in the same Federal Code have been shot down in the Supreme Court. Maybe you need to read SB1070.
Maybe the officers will include their personal racism in enforcing it, but that has been going on for years. There are ways to deal with that separate issue.
The law itself is not racist.
Big difference.
It's about being illegal and the damage done because of that fact alone.

Actually it is about racism. Obviously they aren't going to say it directly. But how many white people are going to be stopped and IDd? Any illegal Canandians, Germans, Russians, etc, etc will go unnoticed because the police will only be looking at anyone who looks Mexican. You obviously haven't read the law or you've read it but can't understand it because you have your head so far up your conservativbe asshole
