@idreespower aahh no bro ... i am an afghani and i know better. what is seek kabab,chapali or shami.. but sorry shami is not afghani kabab is pakistani or indians i think .... i only ans that you write . to remove the tradition word from kabob. if we remove then how can we call the kabab.... which kabab...?

@idreespower traditional shami kebab is made from kabuli chana ( chick peas) if its round and flatten then its shami... if more of whole coriander and tomato then chaplis kebab... if 40 % fat and meat skewed then sheek kebab... maha salam mr idrees...
