Hit 4 slot canyons in 1 day, a total of 12.5 miles of hiking. sliding, bouldering, rappelling, down-climbing.... over about 7 hours... Lots of fun!!!

You can take some good shots with a head mount also, you just need to be aware that you have it on and keep your head as still as possible. I have seen some really shaky film done with head mounts, and I have seen some good ones done.

Looks like a ton of fun. Was this with a chest mount or head mounted camera? (I'm heading to canyon country next week and am looking for videography tips for my gopro).
