CM Punk has been my favorite wrestler since he first started in the WWE and it caused me to look up his indy matches. He is not only talented but funnier then hell. He is the total package, mic and mat skills are better then anyone out there.

@PrincessSunshine11. Sudden popularity? If he left WWE he will still take a good amount of the fans with him. But remember he is also a famous in the indys. When he debuted he was already hearing his name in arenas. The past few months people paid to see MITB and Summerslam for Punk, and he proved his worth. As for being the next Stone Cold or Rock? He's not any of them, but the first CM Punk. The guy's shirts sells, the Best in the World shirt sold out within hours of MITB, and still does.

@PrincessSunshine11 First of all that was part of the storyline. HHH is not accurate by stating that CM Punk wasn't cheered. He was cheered and booed over his tenure in the WWE. He was set to take over the WWE's version of ECW with many other young superstars but they went with NXT instead.

To be quite honest though, I am tired of the next Rock or Stone Cold argument. Don't get me wrong they were great entertainers, but I don't want a replica, I want a newcomer which may be CM Punk.
