at 9 seconds I saw why these things happened to you- you cut corners and do just enough to get the load there. I saw at the 9 sec mark that you had no corner protectors on that coil, no strap accross the top to keep it from uncoiling if the bands were to break- there are just so many things wrong with this rig at first glance. Stop cutting corners! you are going to get killed and maybe kill someone else if you don't- Do it right every time and always enjoy the ride, it maybe you last.

Use 4 coil racks with good, hard wood, not 2 racks and soft wood

Use oak not cheap ass pine

Wow. You must put your coil racks under coil. One for every 10,000 pounds. Get some training fool. You are going to kill yourself or someone else

@stevester79 that would of snapped a brand new boards with ur racks like that

Your racks where too far apart. they need to be under the coil. Damn small shit kills i tell ya.

Cheap coil racks and not enough of em
nothing is gonna help a broken 4 x 4 but it probable wouldnt have hurt if you had counter pull on your chains.. if you noticed the coil was leaning to the side you had all your binders pulling on.. pull counter pull might have helped a little bit

I do apply the counter pull, i had already removed 2 chains.
usually have 2 going each way, and an extra in the middle.
