Maxwell those 61-64 handle well with a few minor modifications.. One of the best handling cars ever. The rear steer has an excellent Ackerman.

I have a 62 HD. Rally's are full or corners. Read up. Mine is lowered 2", has a 521 and handles much better now but any Pontiac WT is not made for a rally.
I want to see this guy hit the gas peddle for God's sake. That is what they are all about. I am getting electric cutouts installed on mine in 2 weeks. I want to be able to open up the exhaust at a stop light when some kid in a rice rocket wants to race me. I updated mine with a Tremec 5-speed. Amazing. The best riding rod I have ever owned.

Who cares about corners? Certainly no one who with a '62 Super Duty.

Man....that was just wrong! lmao. I thought he was going to do a hole shot and the video just ended up being a teaser. Awesome Catalina though!
My 62 Cat Super Duty clone is finished. I'll take some videos.
Its got a 503 and everything is top notch. Probably have $125K into the beast now.
Engine spec'd for 650 ft-lbs at low RPMs but I am not racing it. It is pristine. Has electric cutouts and original ram cast iron headers. Sounds crazy.
Trmec 5-speed and 3:93 gears. Tri color interior, lowered to the right height, disks up front, etc. Dual quads. I love getting 8 miles to the gallon.
I use a Prius engine as the starter.
