I am also very interested in Injections of Energies directly through the RC/Fok R(and beyond)Interchanging/Acting/Co­upling from these regions with the rest of the Atmospheres and then their exchange + all the HEPs' effects at differing layers on Materials/Gasses present.

I think they may be missing another piece of the puzzle(possibly)that being secondary radiation events from non GCRs' when they meet materials/Metals(for instance general dust and Volcanic originating ashes/elements)and the effects from the splintered Radiation as it strikes the Earths' actual surface - Would it be possible that somewhere between the Low cover and the reflected Light secondary RE from the surface(or even Piezoelectric Charging)another set of effects are occurring?

It is incredible how some Folks just cannot understand that Gasses are directly affected by Heat/Energy or lack there of - Gasses expand with more energy input(hence expanding Atmospheres)and contract with a decrease of directly injected energy,and that is one part that the Sun can do alone,without CRs - I think we had after a prolonged quite period,a 'Shrinking' Atmosphere,as was originally spotted due to satellite drag.

Then you have Comic Rays(and SEPs)that directly affect Cloud +/-
