Her self interests are beside the point that this cap will hurt those with special needs that use FSA to help pay for costs related to their disabilities. $2,500 wouldn't cover one month of expenditures for most people with a disability. The idea behind the cap is about finding revenue to pay for everyones general healthcare at the expense of those that need specialized care. It's back door rationing plan and simple.
