WikiLeaks Release 1.0

Insight into vision, motivation and innovation

During the last 12 months WikiLeaks representatives have been talking at numerous conferences, from technology via human rights to media focused, in an effort to introduce WikiLeaks to the world. WikiLeaks has had major document releases that have spawned attention in all major newspapers by now, it has triggered important reform and has established itself as part of the accepted media reality.

Little did we have the chance though to talk about a bigger picture, especially of how we perceive the future and its constraints.

We therefore would like to talk about our vision of the information society, journalism's role in that society, as well as our role in it. Along this vision we will introduce new features for WikiLeaks Release 1.0, that will be no short of changing the world as we all know it.

  • @chiflee67 I would say they are the true democrats.

  • Why is Assange so dismissive of 9/11 truth? At 2:38 Assange talks about people text-messaging about "secondary explosions" during 9/11 *as if he is in agreement*, as if to say: "See? People were texting about it as it happened, there really were secondary explosions.". Could it be that Assange was pro-9/11 truth at the beginning of his Wikileaks career, and only later became anti-9/11 truth to win the favour of the mainstream media he is collaborating with (who are all anti-9/11 truth)?

  • why would it be sick to control uncontrolled immigration to the EU????

  • Real truth seekers find it no matter the cost.. Fuck all u haters out there who call these men terrorists because u have no idea of truth or have no capacity in ur tiny brains to hold the truth

  • @Tessathedog they threw out or burned those files. theres no way the feds still have those around. beyond tainted top secret

  • sorry that they are demonized. govt wants to control all thoughts and supposed facts

  • They are pour human i am really appreciable those peoples.keep it up friends?

  • keep it up guys, this shit has to end and its up to the people to make it happen by first realising

  • @Tessathedog I wish that were true, and yes, that would be awesome, but I think Assange sold out the 9/11 truth movement the moment the truth movement picked up Climategate and ran with it (as he complains about in the above lecture). But hey, everyone is gonna get what's theirs: his MSM frenemies will chew him up and spit him out.

  • @mariatechnosux

Wikileaks can just publish Documents, which were given to them. If there are no secret documents about 9/11, Wikileaks cannot publish them. I hope they have much and they just wait. I believe Assange will sooner or later publish Documents about 9/11, if he has them. Maybe in Septembre this year. It would be definetly awsome, if 10 years later the truth will come out.

  • @defelix2432 No.
