Mr. Trubridge, first of all, congratulations. I had my eyes full of tears because of the great emotion watching the video. I have been a diving instructor for many years and I would suggest you, in order to increase the effect of your legs, to try to describe an arc of circle with your feets, not a triangle. In other words your effort with legs must be done thinking to have a coconut to break between your feets. Pardon my english. Again congratulations and good luck.
