The lick from "Yer Blues," the "Everybody Had a Hard Year" portion of "I've Got a Feeling," "I Me Mine" alteration of dynamics with the "Hey" from "The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill" and some "Get Back" drum thrown in, instrumental portion of "Yer Blues," and the end "Helter Skelter" shout, "I've got a soddin' camp in me pinky!"
Everything else feels generally of the period. The electric piano sound ("Cry Baby Cry" perhaps), the Phil-Spector insertion of strings. Etc.

@SonofMrPeanut After the first HEY! it goes into "Any time at all" Then "Get Back" But then goes into "I Me Mine" or "Revolution" with the Drums of "Helter Skelter"
