Running with skateborading shoes causes shin splints, running with any kind of flat sole, will cause shin splints.
Shin splints are also caused due to unbalance while running.

How many sets of these do I do in a day? Do I do them at night or in the morning? I want these shin splints gone forever! Thanks.

yeah that is for sure and also keeping on your toes whilst boxing(after using the skipping rope for 10minutes)

Maybe it requires a more constant use but i cant see that you stress the shines more in skateboarding. Running when you think of it is just bouncing your legs off the ground with your feet taking loads of the impact which goes straight from them to your shines. I have never got shine splints from skateboarding but def. i have from running.

you are not a loser just that shin splints are mostly caused by running..but i guess in skateboarding when u use ur leg which is not on th board and push with it..it cn cause it
