@swan467 Thanks anyway. but the transmission is fine. and if it was the starter it wouldn't turn over. turning the engine over isn't the problem.

Ok i have no idea who to turn to . So i will give it a shot here. I have a 1989 Camaro RS v8, It will not start! I have replaced fuel pump,Distributer cap rotor wires complete tune up. new coil, new computer. If i was to spray starting fluid in the intake it starts but doesn't run long and sounds horrible. It had died way back going up hill and thats when my problems started. can anyone help running out of ideas. Thanks any help would be appreciated.
