RCMP truck slams into atv with an man on it, this happened in La Loche Saskatchewan outside the high school, no warning, lights or siren. 3 weeks after Harry Haineault was shot and killed by RCMP on the Clearwater River Dene Nation near La Loche Sk.

1. How are you going to hear Sirens when it is a CCTV?

2. The reason you can't see lights is because it's CCTV and it is broad daylight. Try picking up strobes or anything of that nature on a camera in broad daylight and see what happens.

I know for a fact that the cops are not aloud to PIT manuever on a person on a atv if they do not have a helmet on this was told to me by a Game warden and a RCMP officer so you guys see in the video he has no helmet and they were going to hit him anyways even if he didn't run magin if they hit his girlfriend and killed her u stupid fuckin city people come to the country u fuckin muts

ATV is at Fault, The RCMP vehicle tried to pull a pit maneuver...the guys were running from the Police....it's common knowledge that, if you run from the cops...you get pit maneuvered...plain and simple.

One thing is for sure, you want to be an RCMP Officer in La Loche..you'd better have some nuts...cause La Loche is nice, but can be a fkn scary town.

You can clearly see the guy on the ATV take off as soon as he sees the RCMP. I'm sure the RCMP were looking for him and chased him down. If he has nothing to run away from, why did he run? Because the truck hit him? Who's the tard that uploaded this?
