Creamettes 1lb Mild Cheddar 16oz Sharp Cheddar 8oz Monterey Jack & Colby 8oz 5 eggs salt & pepper 10x8x2.5 pan 1 cup of milk (in the video I said 1.5 cup that is too much) 3 Tablespoons of butter
