d) We can't know

Correct answer here is d). Since nature itself emits more than 95% of the total CO2, there is no way we can control the levels of CO2 in nature. We can not control the rate of photosyntesis in plants, algae, plankton and bacteria. We can not control emissions from volcanos and earthquakes, ....

Global Warming POP-quiz, part III:

A doubling of CO2 in the air (to about 0.078%) will give how much temperature rise?

a) 1 deg C

b) 6 deg C

c) 3 deg C

d) 10 deg C

Correct answer is a). And if we double it again, to 0.16%, the temperature will rise with another degree C. For the last 150 years CO2 levels in the air has increased from 0.029% to 0.039%. And human emissions, even today, is only a mere 3% of total CO2 emissions on the Earth.

Global warming causes:

a) polar bear extincion

b) more hurricanes

c) more CO2 in the air

d) sea level rise

Correct answer is c). The oceans emit CO2 when warming, and absorb CO2 when cooling. Since the 1960s there have never been so many polar bears on the planet. The sea level is rising, but it has done so since the ice-ages, about 8000 years ago, with 1,5 mm a year, no change recent years. Hurricane frequency rises when temperature cools, not when it warms.

After 150 years of research we now posess data for the last 500 million years of CO2 and temperature. Examining this data we know with 100% centainty that there IS a clear correlation between CO2 concentration in the air and temperature. What is the correlation?

CO2 rise leads to:

d) Any of the above

The correct answer is d). CO2 rise can give both warming, cooling and stasis in temperature.

people are not really stupid but act stupid, the problem is that most people including some educated people who aren't scientists don't know how to find out the truth, what i do is i listen to proffessors and doctors, university teachers, because they are most likely to tell the truth, i try to avoid beleiving other people. but unfortinately most people of the world aren't tought how to think reasonably and critically and end up doing stupid even bad things, al gore done nothing wrong
