Her Majesty is ONLY Head Of State of Canada and the Commonwealth! Head of State is JUST a TITLE! She has NO right to deploy armed forces in those countries! Commonwealth countries have there OWN governments and can make that decision at anytime! Also the countries of the Commonwealth can WITHDRAW from the Commonwealth at any point in time! Her Majesty Is ONLY Commander-in-Chief of British Armed Forces and Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales falls under the British Command!
