On October 24th, 2011, Kiva Fellow Emmanuel M. von Arx (KF16) spent a day in Libertad to train loan officers of field partner Banco D-MIRO on how to manage Kiva loans or -- in short: how to Kiva. After an early morning indoor training session, he accompanied loan officer Isaac Antonio Villon into the field to visit and interview his first Kiva borrower.

The film footage was recorded by Joel Kenny Matias (Kiva intern at Banco D-MIRO) and Emmanuel M. von Arx.
