holly cow god of war life , magic gauges , magic selection/indicator and upgrade system in spyro game. wow krome studios that is original NOT. nice review

Well... Half of the reason people hate these games is, as you've said, because they changed the character and core gameplay. The other reason is because it rips off various movies, such as Prince of Egypt (at least, I think that's the name, and it's possibly not just a biblical reference), Lord of the Rings, and the gameplay is a lot like God of War, especially in DOTD. I actually wouldn't mind a serious Spyro game (or dragon game) if it was more original...

@CrashLegend25 I heard there is an upcoming spyro game during the course of winter 2011/2012. Using action figures and videogame technology through the PC, PS3, XBox360, and other related systems, including the Wii's succesor.
