Forecasted black rain {5/11}

After spending a bit of a holiday in Paris, Poirot finds himself on a flight to London with an odd assortment of people, some of whom he had met during his stay. When one of the passengers, Madame Gisele, is murdered during the flight by a poisoned dart, Poirot is asked by Inspector Japp of Scotland Yard to assist with the investigation.

agatha christie too oftens picks the nice people to be her villiens. probably because people least expect it.

I get a bit annoyed at times because you're dealing with agatha christies morals and sensibilities, not poirots or marples. one of the problems with actors and character portrayal in stories designed firstly to entertain.

Finally had to cruise the internet to find out where I'd seen the actor playing Norman Gale before...must've been on The Bill, another great British police show.

I really enjoyed the book... Watching this reminded me of it.

Great plot.
