  • @misssherry61 I am glad you are doing better!!!! that is great!! I am just getting worse,, but i will not let them drill into my head again,,, I'd rather just get this life over with already!! It really sucks most of the time for me,, but am very glad that you are doing good!!!

  • @pkrwd I know what you mean, after my first surgery in 91 I'll never ever forget the depression, it was almost like an insult when people told me i was lucky, only because I remember thinking "how can you say that you never had to go through what I just went through". It does get better!! after awile i realized they will never understand. we are "special" in a sense that we lived to tell about it, and that we were given that experience. There are very few of us!

  • . Mentally when you go in for something like that, not knowing if you'll come out, it changes your priorities, life means more!! nothing is taken for granted!! it was rough, but

  • I had this done in 1991, and the thing grew back, we spotted it in 93 so i waited until it got big enough for them to go back in. during the wait I was on seizure meds because of grand mal sezeirs i was having from the first surgery, The doctors were able to go back in to remove the second growth in 2000, since then I haven't been on seizure meds and everything is fine
