  • With your 180 guide i think you may have omitted some key steps. You MUST turn electronic stability control off or the car's electronics will try and stop the car from sliding.

Also whenever doing this maneuver in an automatic i always shift the car into neutral after pulling on the e-brake.

  • its all about the decision.

  • @TruAzn100

almost everywhere outside of america its default to learn stick

  • @TruAzn100 ya bro. you're going to have to learn anyways. might as well start off with it. that's what i did

  • no ttryin to be an ass but i think that the 180 forward should read (in summary) "steering wheel 90 deg THEN lift the E-brake" ... Least thats how i always did it... 1)turn, 2)steer not the other way round... but good tips tho...

  • some good basics here

  • @TruAzn100 it might not be that good to start with stick, but i would recommend learning it as soon as possible because chances are you don't want to be a person who "doesn't drive stick." stick is much more interactive way of driving and you have much more control over the car.

  • should i learn how to drive stick? is it a good idea for a beginner driver to start off with stick?

  • i did a 180 in my 95 towncar less then 24 hours ago , thank god for ice

  • this is a great video..but someone needs to put a video on driving reflexes and how to anticipate.
