@GrezziHrezzi An erect, stable upper back, arched lower back and driving heels is the only way to lift the heaviest of poundages. If it were the improper way to do the lift, why would EVERY powerlifter do it just as I described? You need to learn the difference between powerlifting and bodybuilding. They aren't the same thing, and just because both types of lifters call it a bench press does not mean it is conducted the same way for both. Inform yourself before throwing "Google" around, chump.

Keyboard warriors do not like it because they do not know what powerlifting is. They are so silly that they devoted themselves to finding the flaws of others and always complain about a range of motion and form if it is 1-inch different from their criteria. Hey, pathetic kids, this is not your delusional record of lifting you write everywhere on Youtube. This is a real solid lift done in competition by a real powerlifter.
