HealthCheck: Health in a snapshot

A great way for Duke employees to start living better is to participate in HealthCheck - a free, confidential health assessment given through LIVE FOR LIFE, Duke's employee wellness program.

Spend 20 minutes with a LIVE FOR LIFE nurse and discover all the positive health habits you have ... plus develop strategies for those you may want to change.

HealthCheck gives you the opportunity to have your cholesterol, blood sugar (for those at risk), blood pressure, height and weight measured and your body mass index calculated. A questionnaire will give you feedback on your current health measures and health practices.

Employees who work 20 hours or more and are eligible for health insurance benefits may participate annually.
