LV Megaman X Mugen #3 - Mech Rugal

Holy frickin heck, man! Mech Rugal by @ndroide is a beast. Since he's a metallic/mechanical type, he would have super armor which makes getting combos tough. Not only that, his power is off the scale. His super are just downright deadly to look at, nevermind being hit by them. However, despite all that, it's his quick dash attack that is the most annoying attack in his list of moves. It's very quick, unblockable, cause quite a bit of damage, and oftentimes sets up for one more move increasing the damage already inflicted by his first dash. His AI is also a living nightmare in which he spams moves such as his Genocide Cutter and his annoying little dash attack.

To beat him with this Megaman X, I had to constantly be on the offensive. If I had remained defensive, Mech Rugal would have easily torn me apart due to that dash attack I've mentioned many times over. Well timed dashes through M. Rugal's dashes also help. This was one intense battle between mechanized battlers.
