My lower back was really painful this morning. I pulled up this work out and boy is it feeling better. No pain at all anymore! Very relaxing and wonderful! Thank you!

hi eshter...i have slipped disc problem so can i do this yoga routine ? cuz my doctor suggested me not to bend forward...n how often should i do it?

Stress seems to be a bit of a problem for me.I think this does reduce pain in my back quite a bit it seems like.I threw in cat cow along with this.
