2 exercises for new mothers to help alleviate discomfort around your shoulder blade(scapula) and stabilize your pelvis. These are designed to help you with nursing and carrying around your baby. By working your lower trapezius muscles fibres you can stabilize your scapula and counteract hunching your shoulders.
