dude.... boxers rupture their ear drum at LEAST 10 times in their entire career... AT LEAST!!!! only 10 times if you are LUCKY... so dont feel too bad man... boxers probably go through the pain you are in all the time... everyone goes deaf when they get old... just part of life...

yo the same thing happened to me about 5 days ago i was water skiing and i hit the water hard on my ear and now theres a hole in my eardrum the docter said the same thing to me too :l

I know how it feels to not hear out of one ear..umm my right ear comes in and out sometimes.. and yes i do q-tip it regularaly lol. umm but sometimes i can't hear out of it and sometimes i can. and it is annoying as fuck. :\
