Join Emily Canibano for a quick yoga fix. Low back pain can sometimes be attributed to tight glutes and hips. Help open the hips and stretch those muscles that can be associated with low back pain. Always consult your physician first!

  • Can i do all these poses during pregnancy?

  • @amvyas I would say probably not since some of them require laying on your back. I suffered from vena cava syndrome during pregnancy and would not advise it. Twisting should be very subtle during pregnancy too, nothing too far.

  • Emily, thank you so much for such a great, simply demonstrated series of easy on the body yoga poses. Yoga has always defeated me, but these exercises go right for the low back area and tight hips that are giving me grief ~ wonderful little video.
