if i could suggest something, rachel-chan ^^
if you're attempting to copy the Naruto style of art, you may want to add a bit more shape to the shin and jawline of yur drawings. it might help the person you're drawing seem a bit more mature ^^

I use the pen for make the lines, and after I color it ^^ I do 2 lines, one is of 2px and the other 1px, with the 1px, I can select the zone that I want colored and in other layer I color it ^^
