What is that "1 7/8 AR headers" meaning ?

exhaust for the ls3 is a 2.5" right ? And for the ZO6 it is 3". So how do you manage to have a Z06 exhaust on a standard C6 ? MP me pls for answer

@iceman67340 American Racing made the headers with 1 7/8" primaries that connected to 3" midpipe so it could bolt up to a 3" Z06 Corsa exhaust. You are right the stock exhaust is 2.5", but if you get headers with a 3" midpipe, a 3" exhaust will bolt right up.

@Precocious030 it's the gears. To get the car to 100 more quickly, the smaller engine (ls3) has ratios that are much closer between 1st and 2nd.
