I think Sue is making me a lesbian...
-
@Promisetobeagoodgirl: Same here.
-
@JoanieSappho - I'm straight and I still fancy Sue Perkins. So smart and funny. How could you not?

I would like a teasmade, actually! I usually am running late so I have only a little time to get ready before I get up. It'd be nice to have a bright, loud clock nearby and a nice cup of tea beside it, all ready for me to drink up!

At the beginning, Giles actually says to Sue "you haven't done it with a man for a long time have you" :O

Portions were so much smaller in the 70's than they are today.Everyone walked /got the bus and danced at parties.Burgers were smaller than bigmacs- and wimpys were the best. There was limited access to food -there weren't any "food all day"places.Pubs didn't generally serve food outside of lunch +dinner times and you worked off the meals you ate.These two have stuffed their faces far more than anyone I know did,back in the 70's.

i wish they still had tea makers!!!!!!!! i would love one in the morning

Yeeehaw...
Speaking as a lesbian ... part of me wants Sue to go just straight enough to be with Giles. They have this awesome chemistry together.
Also, part of me wants Sue to leave her partner for me, but let's not dwell on that.

My dad bought my mum a teasmade in the late 70s.
On the first morning, after the alarm, she sat bolt upright and drank the tea as thick as treacle. On the second, with the alarm, the teasmade flew gracefully across the room.
