This is not a fender BAJA telecater!

This One have the same colours but have a 6 lever on the bridge and the baja telecaster have 3 (like vintage telecaster)!

And this one dont have the S-1 switch on the volume Pot!

This is a Fender Baja, it does have an S switch. Read the info box where it says this one was "customized", he changed the bridge to a six saddle.

If you don't mind answering I have a question regarding right hand technique and the speed picking lessons. I noticed in my own playing that I pick using my wrist, but when I get to really fast/tremolo stuff I switch to my elbow. Are there any exercises or things I can do to try and get habit of picking just with finger movements and wrist movements and get that up to speed? Also, how do I tell when to pick from the wrist and when from the thumb and index.

Sorry mate, I think you emailed me this question and I never got around to answering it... busy monkey! :-)

Basically it sounds as if your current speed picking technique is based upon you trying to tense your arm to try an get a muscle twitch which will "Auto pilot" pick really fast. You need the opposite, a controlled, slow, precise movement. Speed is an illusion and the by product of economical movement, the less you move the faster you appear. I will do a video on this very soon :-)
