  • Hey! Easy on the guy. Yes there is always "I wish he had done this shit "for any episode when you are watching your historical culture being shown on a travel show on cable TV USA. At least Tony is trying. While you discuss your roots I suggest you read "Kitchen Confidential" and understand his as well to get a better idea of what this man is trying to accomplish and what he went through. Tony also goes back to places. He's done it before, and he'll do it again. Send him an email.

  • soooo i just think all of us perto ricans are slightly disapointed.... but he really should have had more chicken dishes and more pasteles ( de yuca, guineo...etc..) arroz con gandulez? not once!!!!!! his tour guide was a pendejo!! a "newyorican" to show around "Borinquen"? the best part of this whole thing

  • I miss my island :(

  • What the hell??? Bayamon is NOT a suburb of san juan!! wtf? that was probably that ass he had as a tour guide who told him that

  • como se llama la cancion @ 00:40 al 1:10

  • Borriiccuuaaa!!!!!!!!!!

  • I realy enjoy the show and hope he come back to my island. If he go back I suggest the best tour guide in Puerto Rico. Jesus Omar (el boricuazo) he is the best, google him.

  • The girl @ :20 is the only reason i watch part 5/5

  • I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. My family makes pasteles for selling and caterings. I definitively know how the are done. You don't need any papers at all. With the paper it doesn't even taste good.

  • yes but that isn't authentic... if you go to any place in PR you can find pasteles wrapped only in the plantain leaves... and you definitively don't need paper to freeze them because I keep frozen pasteles at home and I never had a problem with the plantain leaves.

  • the leaf goes over the platano, then the paper so you can freeze it then cook it, but its always in the leaf

  • How could you lammy0001, you cut the best part at the end??!! That is the best part of this video to me...uaahh! I am really sad...:o( In those last 15 seconds of the show Anthony says something about us puerto ricans that is all worth watching this show to the very end. Oh, I am so crushed.
