What do you do if you were just making great progress in your training and then all of a sudden you get an injury? Let's say that you lost a ton of weight, were getting really excited and then you develop shin splints or perhaps you twist your ankle. Are you doomed to put all that weight back on because you can not do cardio any more? What are your options?

Here is a quick answer. Hope it helps.

  • @tinrejhd Motion creates emotion so get moving and once you get the blood flowing it will start to snowball. The slower you get and closer you get to complete stillness... the closer you are to death.

  • I'm currently suffering from extreme shin splints!!! They are so bad that I can't walk without pain. I am not a fan so weights but will do calisthenics however, lately I have not been motivated. Do you know so any motivation tips?
