this omelette is way overcooked, even for a country style. the temperature tips are excellent, but once you pour the egg in you should mix it more to give less curd, and get it off the heat sooner

I have spent the entire morning looking at omelet recipes. I must say that your recipe is the best one I've seen on YouTube. You have an excellent balance of the right type of butter. You also made it clear that an omelet at its best doesn't have to be complicated with creams, oils, or inside toppings. Kudos. I will use your video in the future when I teach my beloved how to cook.

Intresting method, never tryed it myself since it seems like it needs more presision than the old fold it half circle way
