You think you're a big shot because you survived driving around Time Square and all over New York? If you do, think again! Driving in Manila, Philippines requires a little bit more than skill. Only Jedi Knights with full control over the Force can drive around this city! Damn....

  • I had the pleasure of riding the jeepney and the cycles. I know what you mean, but I loved it anyway. Greetings from Manassas va.

  • @mygod909 I really wanted to get to join the locals and jump into one of those jeepneys, but our driver told me not to for some reason. I really don't mind taking risks and getting to experience a culture directly, but I guess he was concerned about me getting kidnapped or something.

  • welcome to crazy ass country biatches lol. like they say thrilla in manila

  • @MeisterASV you should have, i don't know why the driver told you not to, i lived in Quezon City, Manila for a few months, I used Taxi's & Jeepneys and never once felt in any danger, I didn't try the tricycles because the traffic was a lot busier than what you see in your video and I didn't feel safe crammed into the middle of it on a tricycle, you would have enjoyed the jeepney, great fun and filipinos are great people, very polite

  • Funny reactions haha..

  • That's the way it was when I was there -- they will even use the sidewalk if they can ahah Love it.

  • and who says asians cant drive? ahaha! i come from baguio, and i tell you, it's much more terrifying there with a manual tranny.

  • you guys act like you're some goodie two shoes so virginal and pure with your "oh my gods" and "oh dears" listen you are driving in a third world nation road - get friggin used to it - and your filipino friend there should have known and warned you about it - so get over the " i never" shock, LIKE, OK? valley boys? or get out. if and when i come back there i would expect such and be smart enough not to DRIVE! get over it!

  • @mrgrld I lived in the Philippines all my life too. I'm not top of the food chain. Actually you can consider me below the average. I have my own problems and what not. You can't see me being bitter about living in the Philippines. Prolly because as you said you're on top of the food chain you have more time and chances to emo about the negative sides of everything and me living my hard life is more focused on being optimistic so I see the good sides. It's just yin/yang.

  • Great music! Totaly made the video.

  • ILOCANO MET GAYAM DIAY GUIDE DA HEHE BUMPER TO BUMPERR!

  • The bus that cut the driver at 1:02 I get that all the time when driving in Manila. It's just a test of nerve between you and the bus driver. If you win, the bus won't be able to cut you off and you'll be in the front. If you lose the bus will crash into your side and traffic jam will follow.
