Mr. Kuzee...hiowdy!!! The Surf Raiders inspired me so much that I started the Surfdusters...and we ended up on the Rhino CD box set with our song "Save the Waves"! I can never thank you enough for how you inspired me as a guitarist...

In 1983, in Rome Italy, I found a vinyl copy of "Raiders of the Lost Surf" on light blue vinyl. I was surprised to find a new surf album for I had been three years in Europe (Air Force) and did not know a surf revival was going on. I was blown away when I played it (and still enjoy it today though I have digitized the vinyl). I wrote Bob Dailey a letter about my finding the album. He wrote me back and I still have the letter today.
