That happened to me once. When their hygiene goes down they will give themselves a spongebath with the sink if needed. My sim did this in front of her son and daughter, both teens.

This usally Happens if you Don't have a Shower or it needs repaired:) it also goes to the closet thing!

When a person has low higene and the closest thing is the sink, they go to the sink, and give themselves a sponge bath.
