Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber Small Business of the Year 2011: Ruth Corcoran

The 2011 Small Business of the Year Award (sponsored by PNC Bank) is Cork Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre and Corcoran Communications, owned by Ruth Corcoran. Commenting on the award, Chamber of Commerce Chairman David Payne of PNC Capital Markets, states, "Ruth is one of those rare people that not only runs one successful small business -- but two!
