Pirates Online not working!? (HELP)

PLEASE if you have any idea what might be triggering this leave a comment and tell me how to fix it! Thanks :(
My Specs are
Mac OS X Version 10.5.8
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 1 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM (I have about 12 Megabytes remaining)
Startup Disk: Macintosh HD

The same thing happened to me. But what I did was logged out of the game. That worked for me. So I guess if that doesn't work restart your computer then log back in. Then if that doesn't work report it to the game creators. That's all I got. Hope it works. :)

ye just have to wait for it to load, you can play on a new pirate while ye wait lol

@PiratesOnlinePlayer I know, that's my problem it doesn't load... it stays at Downloading tutorial, 10%, and it never gets past ten percent. after a while it goes to that bug page :(

my problem is when it loads it shuts down like the game closes and on my other computer the install box won't open help anyone?

@punchaloo There's only certain times where live chat is avaible (or however you spell it)
