  • @halfblack95, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2Tbsp of water (mixed more if you are making alot) . Cook a little longer if it's too watery. You can glaze the orange chicken also, just pour some orange in a hot pan(do not add water) cook until thick and bubblely. Then put in the fried batter chicken and mixed well. It should be dry, if not stir until it is. hope this help. Go to facebook Okaisaces.

  • ok, but where do i call to make sure you have some in stock? because i was looking for the number on your website, but i couldnt find any =/

  • @JESSiiCUh0 , 818-988-5622. look us up on facebook and i will add you. Thanks

  • do you sell the sauces at your restaurant too, or just online??

  • @JESSiiCUh0 , you can get them online and at the restaurant. Call first to make sure we have them in stock, we don't want you to go there and out of stock. Try the food.

  • did you add soda water or did you add regular water for the batter and how much water?

  • @tgfilegal23

Mix batter (1cup of all purpose flour, ½ cup of cornstarch, 1 egg, and 2Tbsp of baking powder)

Add 1 & 1/4 cup of water and mix well, if it still too thick you can add a little more water..

  • @halfblack95 btw, u should make the water ICE COLD when mixing iwth the corn starch, it makes the coating more crispier
