    Es un término que se usa mucho en Argentina, define a alguien que tienen un deterioro mental por el uso de drogas.

    Igual no s un término peyorativo en absoluto, es más en general se usa cuando se quiere decir que alguien muy imaginativo o fuera de lo común.
