Got the old coleman fired up to get some power during our power outage, now on day 5. Running a refridgerator, the furnace, misc electronics, and the neighbor's fridge.

  • You're pretty lucky Dave, our pro-gen 5000 has a 10hp L-head single... loud as hell!

  • oh u got att uverse in that area, is vz fios or frontier fios avail there yet?

  • Day 5? Damn that sucks. I'm in Northeastern PA and we got hit quite a bit harder than you guys did based on what you showed in your previous video. We were told we'd be out of power for a full week but it ended up being just over 36 hours which was long enough. haha. I don't even own a generator so everything in my fridge would've been screwed had the power been out longer. Hope for your sake you get power back soon but at least you have the generator hooked up to the essentials.

  • @JMASTERTRACTORS No these are Daves. That's his house. Although we did split the cost of these two generators. The 5,000 there we got for $75 I think. That guy had no idea what it was worth.

  • i know someone who has a 6500 watt generator. he is only powering the sump pump and the fridge with it and will not let anyone plug anything else into it because that would blow up the generator because it only has two plugs and thats all its meant for. i, on the other hand, took my starter to the rebuilder monday, popped it in, and had ac, internet, fridge, tv and cable monday night. sweet.

  • @moldymac these are lynolsoffice videos

  • nice vannys are the BEST!!

  • where do u live??
